Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do at Fredofs. We believe that caring for women's health means also caring for the planet they live on.

Our Packaging

We are transitioning to 100% recyclable and biodegradable packaging. Our supplement bottles are made from recycled PET plastic, and our outer cartons use FSC-certified cardboard sourced from responsibly managed forests.

We have eliminated all single-use plastics from our shipping packaging. Your orders arrive in recycled paper mailers or cardboard boxes secured with paper tape.

Our Ingredients

We source our ingredients from suppliers who share our commitment to environmental stewardship. Our botanical ingredients — black cohosh, red clover, and others — are cultivated using sustainable farming practices that protect soil health and biodiversity.

Carbon Footprint

We measure and offset our carbon emissions through verified carbon offset programmes, including reforestation projects in West Africa. We are working towards becoming a carbon-neutral company by 2030.

Community Impact

We partner with women-led cooperatives in Ghana to source certain traditional ingredients, providing fair wages and supporting local economies. A portion of every sale goes towards women's health education programmes in underserved communities.
