Shipping Information

We process orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within Ghana and 7–14 business days for international orders.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Orders over GHS 500 qualify for free shipping within Ghana.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we cannot accept returns of opened products for hygiene reasons. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us photos within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
